Picture a perfectly neat space decorated with beautiful leafy green plants on glass shelves, aqua colored chairs, and the smell of fresh ingredients like acai and fresh fruits coming from the kitchen. In a nutshell, that’s how you’ll feel when you walk into Mother Juice.
The new location on Newbury Street has a cute, inviting atmosphere that really draws you in from the moment you step foot inside. The room gives you a clean crisp feeling as the walls are painted a bright clean white shade decorated with glass shelves lined with green plants, motivational posters, and dream catchers. Indie music radiates around the room adding to the enchantment of the restaurant. Also posted on the wall there is a menu in calming colors that match the overall aesthetic of Mother Juice, so that you can begin to pick what deliciously healthy treat you want to go for that day.
If you’re stressing out about what to pick like I was, take my word for this. The chia pudding is PHENOMENAL. The fresh berries on top taste as if they were just picked. Honestly their sweetness and juiciness make them almost irresistible. Also, on top of the chia pudding are delicately sprinkled coconut flakes that give the entire dish a whole new twist by adding a contrast between the juiciness of the berries and the rich flavor and flakiness of the coconut shavings. The chia pudding itself was debatably the best part of it all, having just the right amount of lightness and sweetness to it.
If you aren’t feeling like you want to go for a chia pudding, don’t worry, because they have so many other delicious options that will also leave you mesmerized with every sip or bite. From their cold pressed juices, avocado toasts, acai bowls, smoothies, to their salads, there’s no going wrong. Being all organic and plant based, you really do get the best quality ingredients and food there. If you want to get your fruits and veggies in for the day in a fun and tasty way head on over to Mother Juice and I’m sure that like me, you’ll become a regular there in no time.
