What's your favorite part about being an editor for TasteBUds?
I love that I have an excuse to eat at places that other food lovers have checked out, and I get to take pictures along the way!
What's your favorite food?
Hainanese Chicken rice - it's most closely associated with Singapore, but there are so many ways you can prepare this dish, in a mandarin/cantonese style, or just classic chicken rice, there's so much flavor and richness, it's the one thing I can eat over and over again.
What's your favorite restaurant?
I don't have a favourite restaurant per se, i love street food stalls and tea house-style type places, it makes me feel most connected to the food and culture.
What's your favorite TasteBUds article/video/photo gallery?
I loved the ganko ittetsu ramen article, fantastic writing and I immediately added it onto my list of Boston ramen places to hit up!
