What's your favorite part about being an editor for TasteBUds?
Food has an amazing way of bringing people together. I'm proud to be a part of something that unites all types of food-lovers with engaging articles, photos, and even videos. To me it's the best of both worlds -- combining my love of excellent food and journalism.
What's your favorite food?
Tiramisu. There's just so many amazing things going on in one dessert...coffee flavored ladyfingers, combined with creamy mascarpone cheese, and cocoa powder? Doesn't get much better than that!
What's your favorite restaurant?
My favorite restaurant is a place called Lulu's in Allston, simply because every dish I've had from there has been not only incredibly delicious but also unique and creative. Try their donut holes with chocolate sauce -- you'll be in heaven!
What's your favorite TasteBUds article/video/photo gallery?
Coincidentally, it's actually the first "Peek in the Kitchen" segment we did with Lulu's. To go behind the scenes and cook with a chef was an experience like no other, and this video really paved the way for all of the Peek in the Kitchen segments that have followed it.
